Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Processing time does not count the day that your order is placed.

Total delivery time is processing time + shipping time, based on your location. 

***Please note, weekends and Holidays are not included in processing/ delivery times. 

Currently we are unable to accommodate exchanges. We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy by using our online returns portal. 

Most items are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging.

All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.

Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
